Digital Delivery

Digital products are not physically shipped. Where applicable, access or download instructions will be provided electronically following successful payment.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring they have appropriate software and internet access to use purchased digital materials.

Physical Products

Unless a product listing expressly states that an item is a physical product, customers should assume that no physical item will be delivered.
