RETURN & REFUND POLICY

The Sovereign Oracle Institute™

Effective Date: 20 September 2026

  1. Overview
  2. DIGITAL-ONLY STORE NOTICE
    The Sovereign Oracle Institute™ sells digital products only. No physical goods are supplied or shipped. Products may include downloadable workbooks, educational materials, digital resources and other electronically delivered content.
    Digital products are designated as final-sale products within our online store. We do not provide change-of-mind refunds once digital content has been supplied or made available for access or download.
    This does not exclude or restrict any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

The Sovereign Oracle Institute™ provides digital educational products, downloadable resources, workbooks, courses, programs and related educational services.

We encourage customers to review product descriptions, inclusions, pricing and delivery information carefully before completing a purchase.

This policy operates subject to the Australian Consumer Law and does not exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Digital Products

Digital products may include downloadable workbooks, colouring books, guides, templates, educational resources, recordings and other electronically delivered materials.

Because digital products can ordinarily be accessed or downloaded shortly after purchase, we do not provide refunds solely for change of mind once a purchase has been completed.

This includes circumstances where a customer:

changes their mind;

decides they no longer want or need the product;

purchases the wrong product by mistake;

finds an alternative product elsewhere; or

does not use or complete the purchased material.

This change-of-mind policy does not affect any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law. ACCC guidance states that a business generally does not have to provide a remedy merely because a customer changes their mind.

3. Problems Accessing a Digital Purchase

If you have purchased a digital product but have not received access, cannot access the supplied file, or believe the file is defective, please contact The Sovereign Oracle Institute™ using the contact details provided on our website.

Where reasonably possible, we may first attempt to resolve technical delivery or access issues by providing replacement access, correcting the file or resending the relevant download.

Nothing in this section limits any remedy available under Australian Consumer Law.

4. Courses, Programs & Educational Services

Refund eligibility for courses, programs, memberships or other educational services may depend on the nature of the service, whether delivery has commenced and the circumstances giving rise to the request.

We are not required to provide a refund solely because a participant changes their mind, decides not to participate, or does not complete the material, except where we have expressly offered such a right or where a refund or other remedy is required by law.

5. Subscriptions

Where a subscription is offered, customers may cancel future recurring payments using the cancellation method provided for that subscription.

Unless otherwise stated, cancellation prevents future renewal but does not ordinarily generate a change-of-mind refund for an already-paid billing period.

Any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law continue to apply.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Our products and services come with consumer guarantees that may apply under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where those guarantees are not met, customers may be entitled to a remedy depending on the circumstances and the nature and seriousness of the problem.

For example, the ACCC states that where a product has a major problem, a consumer can generally choose a refund or replacement. Different remedies may apply to minor problems or problems with services.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify those statutory rights.

7. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same transaction or an incorrect amount has been processed, please contact us so that the transaction can be reviewed.

Where an incorrect or duplicate charge is confirmed, the appropriate correction or refund will be arranged.

8. Requesting Assistance or a Refund

To request assistance or raise a refund or remedy claim, please contact The Sovereign Oracle Institute™ through the contact details published on our website.

Please include:

your name;

the email address used for the purchase;

your order number, where available;

the product or service purchased; and

a brief description of the issue.

We may request reasonable proof of purchase or additional information needed to assess the request.

9. Refund Method

Where a refund is approved or required, it will generally be returned using the original payment method unless another method is agreed or required.

Processing times after a refund is issued may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

10. Changes to This Policy

The Sovereign Oracle Institute™ may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, business practices or applicable legal requirements.

10. (A) DIGITAL PRODUCTS: RETURNS & REFUNDS

All products sold by The Sovereign Oracle Institute™ are digital products and are delivered electronically. Because digital products can ordinarily be accessed or downloaded shortly after purchase, we do not provide refunds solely for change of mind once a purchase has been completed or digital content has been supplied.

Digital products are treated as final sale and cannot be physically returned.

If you experience a technical issue accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact The Sovereign Oracle Institute™ so we can assist with access or provide a replacement file where appropriate.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a digital product fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

The current version will be published on our website with its effective date.
